Accepting a collaboration invitation on Consent Studio
When you are invited to collaborate in a domain, you will receive an email notification with the option to accept or decline the invitation.
Each invitation is valid for 90 days.
It's important that you register your Consent Studio user account using the same e-mail address as which you have received your invitation on. Otherwise, the invitation will not show.
In addition to the email, the invitation will also appear within the platform. This is especially useful in case you can not find the invitation in your mailbox.
If you already have an account, you can view and accept the invite by navigating to Add new site in the domain selector dropdown. A quick way to access this page, is by visiting https://consent.studio/app/new.
If you are a new user (you don't have an account yet), you will see the invitation immediately after logging in for the first time (as shown in the image below).
Choose to either Accept or Decline the invitations using the dedicated buttons.
