You may need to whitelist the Consent Studio scanner IP addresses.
Is the non-www subdomain variant of your domain accessible?
Does this domain have a valid SSL certificate?
"I have received a warning/notice from Google about [x]"
Make sure you use the default copywriting from the Consent Studio banner.
Make sure that Google Consent Mode loading order is correct.
Make sure that you have configured the correct languages in Consent Studio.

Make sure that Google Consent Mode is activated in both your implementation of Consent Studio on your website.

Unless you're an advanced user that has made a deliberate choice to not let Consent Studio manage this, make sure that the
defaultandupdatesignals for Google Consent Mode are managed by Consent Studio and no other default consent command is being set elsewhere in the same request.
