Last updated About 3 hours ago

What is the Data Processing Agreement?

When you use Consent Studio, we process personal data on your behalf, such as the consent records of your website visitors. Under the GDPR, you need a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with every company that processes personal data for you. Our DPA describes how we handle and protect that data.

You can sign the DPA online in a few minutes. You do not need to print or scan anything, and you do not need a separate account.

How to sign the DPA

  1. Open the signing page: sign.consent.studio/d/CTfpn_6KbevMDZWS7mgD-

  2. Read the agreement. The document is called Consent Studio DPA (EN) v1.

  3. Enter your Full Name in the panel next to the document.

  4. Fill in the fields on the signature page:

    • Legal Entity: the official name of your organisation.

    • Organisation Address: the registered address of your organisation.

    • Organisation Reg. No.: your company registration number, for example your Chamber of Commerce number.

    • Place: the city where you sign.

    • Title: your job title.

Your name and the date are added for you.

  5. Add your Signature. You can type it, draw it or upload an image of it.

  6. Use Next Field to check that you have filled in every field, then complete the signing.

What happens after you sign

After you sign, Consent Studio signs the agreement as well. When both parties have signed, you receive the signed DPA by email. Keep this copy with your privacy records.
